Raffles Hotels & Resorts has officially announced the development of a new resort: Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences. Scheduled to open in 2029, this resort marks Raffles Hotels & Resorts’ second North American resort and first in Mexico. This new development, a collaboration with ONE Development Group, aims to combine luxury with the authentic spirit of Baja California Sur.

Raffles Estera East Cape will feature 80 rooms and 46 branded residences in its initial phase. Amenities will include an expansive spa, multiple outdoor pools, a beachfront watersports center, and club spaces for children and teenagers. The resort will also offer seven distinct culinary options, including a signature restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and the Raffles Long Bar and Writer’s Bar. For events, a ballroom and various meeting spaces will be available. Residents will have access to exclusive beach and mountain clubs.
