Each year, the OpenTable Top 50 Restaurants in Mexico list provides a reliable snapshot of the country’s dining landscape, highlighting the places that leave a lasting impression on diners through consistent demand, strong reviews, and memorable hospitality.

The 2025 edition reflects the steady evolution of Mexico’s culinary scene, where traditional recipes and contemporary techniques continue to shape one of the most dynamic gastronomic markets in the Americas.

This year, eleven restaurants from Los Cabos earned a place in the 2025 Top 50, marking an increase from the eight that were featured in the previous edition. The growth signals that Baja is no longer only associated with tourism, sportfishing, and resorts, but also with an innovative culinary scene.
